Despite being a comparatively small country, Portugal has a destination for everybody, ranging from the beaches to the mountains and the remote villages to the cosmopolitan cities. The good thing about this diversity is that we are always discovering new places, people, customs, and landscapes.
Portuguese people are very kind, fun and communicative. We know a few words in most languages, so everybody who visits us feels at home. allowing everyone who visits us to feel at home. Our food is the tastiest, our beaches and landscapes are mesmerizingly beautiful, and our cities are colorful and bustling. You'll find an infinite amount of great places and things to discover. In Portugal, we are lucky to have a unique combination of location, climate, history, safety, cost of living and quality of life, which makes our country a truly wonderful place to visit!

Spain

Spain is a country of different colors, flavors and smells, with a long historical heritage that deeply influences culture, architecture and food.
The cities in Spain are very diverse, and the local languages -Spanish, Catalan, and Basque, to mention a few - tell a story of pride and different traditions. Present-day Spain was formed by the unification of territories in the 15th century after the marriage of two Catholic monarchs, Ferdinand of Aragon and Isabella of Castile. Today, Spain is made up of 17 autonomous regions, and 2 autonomous enclaves in the North of Africa.
The country boasts 47 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, with prehistoric rock art, historic cities and buildings, national parks and amazing landscapes. Spain has witnessed the great work of brilliant artists such as Gaudì, Velàzquez, Goya, Picasso, Mirò, and Dalì.
